When Steamers opens soon at its new location in Southern Shores Crossing, we hope you’ll experience all that’s new: our full-service restaurant and bar, open for lunch and dinner, all day and year-round.
With all these exciting new changes, many people are wondering if Steamers will still have its famous gourmet take-out. “The answer is an emphatic ‘Yes!’,” says Linda Coats, Co-Owner of Steamers. “We’re known for our gourmet take out. That’s what we’re famous for. We’ll continue to offer our delicious seafood, entrees and homemade desserts for people to savor on the beach, at home, or wherever they decide to dine.”
“Our famous Steamer Pots To Go® are always a favorite,” Linda adds. “It’s simple and easy to give your family and friends a break from cooking.”
We found a great public picnic area in Duck, so picked up the food and came back down 10 miles to set up, and everything stayed hot.”
Steamers Take-Out continues to draw rave reviews, like this one from a recent customer, Sherry Thomas, for the Thoppil Family Reunion:
“It’s taken me a month to say thank you, but wanted to let you know we absolutely loved and enjoyed your catered food service! The food was perfect. We had plenty with a bit left over. Everyone downed the sweet corn, lobster and crab legs. The spiced shrimp was awesome too. We found a great public picnic area in Duck, so picked up the food and came back down 10 miles to set up, and everything stayed hot. Thank you again for the excellent service. I would recommend Steamers to go.”
“People love our food because we are committed to using the finest and freshest seafood, meats and vegetables, sourced locally whenever possible,” says Chris Braswell, Chef and Co-Owner of Steamers. “They know that when they bring Steamers home to their family and friends, they’re serving the best and freshest.”
“It’s so easy to get Steamers Take-Out. Just call us to place your order and specify a pick- up time. We’ll have everything ready for you when you arrive,” says Linda. “Then, just enjoy the feast!”
