He will also be coming up with tantalizing new recipes. “Since shrimp is one of our signature items, I’ve created Shrimp Spring Rolls with Lemon Grass and Asian Sweet Chili Sauce,” says Braswell. “It will be a big hit for wedding events that take place by the pool at one of Corolla’s gorgeous oceanfront houses because it is the perfect spicy compliment to a margarita.”

As for gathering parties, Braswell says, “Brides love our Steamer Pots To Go®. They are great for when the wedding party and families arrive for the week of festivities. We steam them right there at their beach house and when we pour all of the glorious shellfish and corn and potatoes onto a platter, everyone is so impressed. It’s a fun way to kick things off.”
