Chef and Co-Owner Chris Braswell and his staff spare no effort to seek out the highest quality seafood, meats and vegetables—from trusted local sources whenever possible. Carolina Epicurean, a popular restaurant blog, has also featured Steamers in an interview with Chris focused on the quality sourced ingredients.
Using the best and freshest ingredients is very important to us. It’s one of the things that sets Steamers apart,” says Chris. “Sometimes it can be challenging to find the quality we want. But the results are worth it. Our customers demand the best, and so do we.”
