Nothing signifies the change in weather like fresh seafood. And nothing says “Oyster Season” like our Blackberry Oysters. Harvested from the Chesapeake Bay, they are the perfect balance of sweet and salty with a truly satisfying finish. We recommend them raw on the half shell but they are great lightly steamed as well.
